● You will receive access to digital files immediately after purchase via the email address on your order. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received the link to download your digital file within 24 hours, please send us a message via our Contact Page.

● If you purchased an affiliate course, mentorship or program, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access those products immediately after purchase via the email address on your order. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please message us.

● Please allow 7-21 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for all merch orders to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.

● If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 21 business days, please check your junk/spam then contact us to inquire about your order. Please include your order number in the initial message for faster assistance.
